The list of activities is subject to changes by management. All the above shall be carried out according to the directives and by the company’s managers.
· Attend to all in-coming sales inquiries
· Build relationships with prospective clients
· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
· Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
· Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
· Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
· Develop monthly sales reports
· Communicate important feedback from customers internally
· Provide support to the Sales team on appointment setting and coordination work
· Preparation of sales quotations and follow-up with customers on confirmed sales orders
· Arrangement of site survey on customer inquiries
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
· Any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors
