Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive learning plans to address key business questions.
• Conduct and design research focused on understanding audiences, developing campaigns, and testing creative messages.
• Utilize multiple research methodologies as needed to meet objectives.
• Determine the best recruitment strategies and make decisions on country selection for fieldwork.
• Craft detailed questionnaires.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations that motivate stakeholders to apply these learnings in marketing and other organizational areas.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, and Global Marketing Insights, to both design research inputs and embed the resulting insights.

Qualifications:

• At least 8-10 years of experience with a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research, particularly within the APAC region.
• Proven ability to tackle both undefined and well-defined problems with appropriate methodologies.
• Expertise in synthesizing insights from various sources to create comprehensive and persuasive recommendations.
• Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills.
• Regional exposure is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Liaison with Graphic Designers:

-Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals.

Social Media and Website Management:
