Market Knowledge:

• Possesses thorough understanding of SEA region healthcare policies, and industry and market macrotrends which would impact market access and marketing strategy
• Acquire / demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape, patient journey, stakeholder mapping, buying process required to inform marketing strategy and thereby achieve sustainable profitability
• Conduct or acquire market research for relevant data and information required to validate marketing initiatives

Reporting & Forecasting:

• Participate in monthly SEA MORs, monthly Country Project Update Meetings, budgeting and forecasting process
• Champion SFDC usage and track opportunities
• Manage and optimize resource allocation i.e., assigned expense budget for marketing activities for focus countries and products

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Marketing or industry-related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
• Over 5 - 7 years of working experience in marketing with minimum 3 years’ marketing experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, demonstrating strategic thinking and successful implementation of marketing strategies
• Prior experience in sales/commercial roles is desired
• Experience working with distributors and / or digital marketing would be an advantage
• Possesses strong business acumen and excellent presentation skills (both oral and written)
• Possesses strong drive to succeed, reflected by proven track record
• Growth mindset
• Able to undertake at least 25% travel

Key Responsibilities:
