Corporate Recruitment

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding recruitment targets for company-sponsored students across all Academy programmes, including degrees offered by its partner universities
• Plan and review on monthly targets
• Work with the support from marketing to plan and outreach to new corporate partners with the objective of student recruitment
• Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to maintain instream enrolments of students from these companies
• Plan and lead initiatives that serve to engage and increase student recruitment with corporate partners
• Work within the budget allocated

Corporate Partnerships

• Build on new/existing partnerships that create or add value to the marketing and recruitment efforts of Academy
• Create partnerships that offer Academy an alternative source of student recruitment through exclusive deals to the members of the partners
• Outreach and nurture relationships with partners

Others

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or its equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Marketing Strategy

1. Regularly review marketing strategy, activities, and performance to assess the effectiveness of current strategies
