Job Description:

• Achieve sales target through proactive source of new opportunities, including cold calling and networking
• Identify potential clients and develop new accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer support and resolve issues
• Coordinate & handle customer related issues (customer service, service recovery, business concerns & payment)
