Position Statement

The Senior Residential Consultant is responsible for the servicing and conversion of sales leads and opportunities generated by Crown’s marketing efforts.

The Senior Residential Consultant needs to follow the prescribed Crown sales methodologies and protocols in accordance with the strategies, priorities, and sales targets of the Crown Group.

This role also works closely with other internal stakeholders and ensures all sales opportunities are leveraged to maximum effect in a team selling environment.

The Senior Residential Sales Consultant may provide assistance in the drafting of sales bids/ proposals/ presentations, reporting on market and industry trends and help implement new or amended sales strategies. Administration
