• Prioritize (Segmentation and priority of Clients), estimating and quoting of customers’ Request for Quotation – in a timely manner·Follow-up on quotes & deal with the Clients thru phone calls
• Ensure Clients Order corresponds 100% to our eventual Sales Orders, e.g. ensure amendment made (if any) and put Orders into action / alert Purchasers
• Prior to invoicing the Await-OK screen must be checked for any deferring quantities or missing prices
• Inform and Clarify with Owners/Vessels of any “offer” and / or special items or items which may:

1. Be out of stock
2. Being substitute offered (Orders)
3. Non-returnable

• Update confirm quotation, release Sales Order for order preparation
• Undertaking ad-hoc management projects
• Customer Visits when required Handling of Customers Complaints (commercially)
• Make sure the invoicing details are correct
• Share knowledge with team on customers and best practices to ensure alignment
