Job Description

• To provide the quotation to the customer and purchase the good from the supplier
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through varying modes of communication
• Monitor delivery time, stocks, and goods on order
• Forecast market requirements
• Ensure orders are timely processed and delivered to customers
• To provide good service to all customers and help them solve the problem relative to the company’s products for the customers

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a trading company, preferably in in-house sales/marketing
• Good attitude and strong communication
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
• Saturday (8.30 am to 3.00 pm)

Responsibilities:

·Responsible for generating Modernisation sales of elevators and escalators.

· Foster relationships with customers, contractors and architects and manage tender strategies.

· Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.

· Perform preliminary design work with architect, general conractors and assist in developing budgets and schedules.

· Analysis of market, industry trends and competitors and work closely with stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability

· Negotiate with customers on price, terms & conditions.

· Manage customers feedback, enquiries and issues.

· Achieve the Company’s budgets and objectives.

· Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company.

Qualifications:

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

· Prior experience in Sales (Lift industry)

· Experience in Lift Industry

· Good presentation and negotiation
