The IS Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the Business Applications systems, and application components. This role also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Duties

• Administer Business Applications based on end-user's requirements or ongoing needs while providing excellent customer service.
• Analyze system errors and work with end users and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution.

• Perform any other duties as assigned and requested by Manager.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• At least 8 year experience in recruitment and business partnering
• Preferably with supervisory experience
• Experience in using HRMS (Prosoft preferred)
• Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
