As part of the Programs and Facilitation team, the Sales Enablement Onboarding Facilitator will be responsible for assisting the management and  logistics of our global, virtual and in person training sessions. You will work closely with program coordinators and session facilitators, cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of the training programs. The Sales Enablement onboarding facilitator thrives in a fast paced environment, has strong attention to detail, is organized and process driven. Your Impact

• Support JAPAC members, including Japanese and Korean participants, in the Global New Hire Onboarding training - Provide language support, localization, logistics, tool usage, and travel assistance to ensure a smooth execution and seamless learning experience for participants
• Participate in in-person HQ and Singapore sessions with New Hires, offering language and logistical support for English-conducted sessions and activities

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a growing carpentry workshop, seeking a team of SALES Executives & Marketing for our expanding business.

Ideally, We are looking for someone with a strong sales background and strong knowledge of the Renovation and Carpentry industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sales duties at the showroom, inclusive of promoting loose furniture and interior design services

- Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner

- Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals

- Manage the whole sales cycle, such as providing support to customers on product selection, with regards to interior design, furniture, lighting etc

- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams, and sub-contractors

- Perform admin duties such as sales quotations, orders, reports, and emails

- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills

- Excellent customer service and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

- Basic knowledge of interior design, carpentry, and home furniture will be a plus

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and responsibility

- Preferably with 2 years of relevant SALES experience. Training will be provided for those without experience.

- Willing to work after office hours and on weekends (Both Sat & Sun)

- Willing to work at construction, renovation sites, or non-air-con environment

- Diploma or high school level or equivalent

The Marketing Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Commercial/Corporate Team. The job requires the individual to undertake marketing projects to strengthen the company’s continuous growth locally and globally (B2B and B2C). This individual should constantly utilize innovative ideas to construct efficient and effective marketing strategies for the company’s products, services and branding. Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Diploma or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of experience working in an office / corporate setting.

4. Having attended course(s) in digital photography, digital marketing, generative AI, social media branding would be an advantage.

Core Responsibilities include

1. Execute e-commerce implementation plans. Analyse buyer and seller demographic and customer touch points to execute offline, online and social marketing plans in a fluid and fast-moving corporate setting and to propose enhancements.
2. Analyse industry landscape, digital marketing technologies and competitor product offerings with recommendations of new digital and marketing strategies. Monitor new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in both global and local landscapes and to align marketing strategies. Execute and evaluate effectiveness of brand/marketing plans and content initiatives to increase brand awareness and making adjustments across platforms where necessary.
3. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout marketing implementation.
4. Conduct research on brand awareness, associations and public perception.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing campaign collaterals, content for web, blogs, vlog and various digital platforms.
6. Maintain organization's social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.

• Experience with building and maintaining database for all financial and non- financial information.
• Experience with data management and reconciling data across several sources;
• Keen eye for detail and Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel), Qlikview, Tableau, Python, Alteryx and SQL;
• Work closely with business analysts to create data components;
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities, especially complex, ambiguous problems requiring integrated application;
• Ability to work under strict timelines and strong communication skills;
