. Design and implement policy and process improvements; and surface opportunities for product development and enhancement to deliver operational outcomes effectively
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing policies, processes, systems and data relating to business operations to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

7. Reliable and responsible, committed and has the availability to work flexible hours dependent on requirement

8. Preferable min 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role
