• Creates, develops, and drives opportunities based on industry best practices, presents opportunities to the customer, and creates demand. Develops a plan, within a broader strategy, to create and qualify a set number of opportunities for product sales, solutions sales, or consumption. Leverages partners and multiple channels (e.g., social media) to create demand. Orchestrates efforts to drive MCEM lifecycle and stage progression. Leverages experience and strategic foresight to lead technical teams by driving opportunities with Specialist Team Unit (STU), Customer Success Unit (CSU), and others, as necessary. Creates new Stage 1 opportunities, both billed and consumed, with technical decision maker (TDM) customer stakeholders, managing consumption pipeline with extended team to maintain velocity, and unblocking issues. Coaches peers (often as a mentor across a region or country) on how to create and maintain an opportunity initiation and how to map Microsoft priorities to opportunities. Defines the blueprint for opportunity initiation, and sets and shares standards and best practices for others to follow.
• Leads the customer journey into the era of AI and Industrial Metaverse by creating a targeted approach tailored to their current business requirements and positions Microsoft as a leader for the future, both for accelerating productivity as well as helping the customer create new capabilities to support their business. About the Position

The Head of Sales is one of the most exciting positions available within the Brewlander family for the right strategic sales person. Responsibilities:

· Develop a strategy of growing distribution, volume, profit, and brand experience within a range of channels.

· Develop mutually beneficial joint business plans with our customers in line with key company objectives.

· Build account base by targeting new or non-buying accounts

· Foster growth of accounts to increase monthly sales through various channels

· Grow the Monthly Recurring Revenue

· Increase visible permanent tap space

· Work with our wholesale partners and other key external stakeholders to drive our brands and win new business.

· Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and departments such as brewing team and marketing.

· Develop and execute a specific strategy for commercial team to win new business

· Managing your customers forecasts, orders & pre-orders, ensuring they get notice of the latest releases.

· Plan and execute on-premise events with focus on fostering supportive relationships with accounts

· Host staff training, beer events and be a brand ambassador for Brewlander.

· Clear and timely reporting to CEO and accurate data input into relevant systems.

· Ownership of team sales targets and personal development plan.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, Pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors contribute company growth objectives in Singapore.

- Provide technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products in order to develop business opportunities and penetrate clients.

- Perform all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers including: take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals and resolving customer problems.

- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.

- Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account

- Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

- Attain expert knowledge of products, electrical goods market and competition.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (Diploma/Certification)

- Strong technical and commercial background.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience to industrial customers

- Electrical product knowledge

- Very strong consultative selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and results-oriented.

The Role

This is a leadership position in selling HMT products and services, through either direct or territorial representatives, to specific assigned area or product group. The Job

Sales activities:

• Conduct business development and sales activities by email, phone and in person to generate revenue for HMT Asia Pacific regional business.
• Assist customers to select the right equipment for their applications.
