• Updating and monitoring merchandise stock movement.
• Preparation of insightful reports on merchandise sales/redemption.
• Brainstorming and implementation of ideas and strategies for client retention through marketing channels.
• Identification of opportunities and strategies to increase reach to potential clients.
• Assistance to the sales department to ensure effective engagement with existing clientele.
• Supporting the sales team with content management and creation.
