Our client, a tax and assurance consultancy firm with a global presence, is looking for a Corporate Finance Senior advisor to join their expanding team.
This role entails overseeing sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transactions within the Southeast Asia market. Key duties include developing financial models, conducting valuations, preparing due diligence reports, and drafting transaction documents.
Successful candidates are expected to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in M&A, capital raising, transaction services, valuation, or related advisory services.
• Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business or its equivalent.
• Proven quantitative abilities, including analyzing financial statements and building financial models in Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation/report writing skills, with a solid understanding of business dynamics and value drivers
• Previous experience in corporate advisory/ Big 4 auditing firm is preferred.
