Job Description:

This position supports the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) for the client's ASEAN and Korea regions. The CLO oversees skilling efforts for three main audiences: internal employees, customers and partners, and emerging generations or communities of interest.

• Marketing, Communications & Operations Across Programs
• Employee Skilling Program; Support marketing, communications, events, and program management efforts for the Employee Skills Manager.
• Future Generation & Community Skilling Program – ASEAN

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Lead marketing, communications, and events strategy for programs targeting the three audience groups, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Take ownership of end-to-end skilling outreach programs for customers under the program framework.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's Degree
• Professional experience coming from TOP Multinational Technology Companies
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience or Background in customer and/or partner-facing roles such as sales, marketing, or support.
• Regional experience in markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Strong marketing background, essential for this role.
• Experience managing and delivering skilling and enablement programs.
• Knowledge or experience with cloud services, ideally Azure / AWS
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative and operational tasks.
• Data and analytics proficiency, including Excel and data reporting.
• Experience with building presentations in PowerPoint.
• Enthusiasm for learning and skills development.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
