• Plan and execute our company's Social Media pages, website, advertising and promotions

• Brainstorm marketing ideas and create initiatives
• Take charge and ensure optimisation of all content through SEO and performance marketing efforts, with the aim of acquiring high-quality traffic to drive conversions
• Monitor content and social media trends as well as the competitive landscape

Competencies

• Outline plans for online media calender to ensure marketing plans are executed timely
• Able to provide reports on online media and analyze online behaviours and effectively plan next marketing activities to capture audiences

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe creative software such as Photoshop & Illustrator

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions support for postgraduate programs.
• Handle the entire PhD candidature process i.e., including Thesis Advisory Committee, Qualifying Examination, thesis submission, and Oral Examination.
• Process postgraduate leave applications i.e., Leave of Absence, Conference / Training Leave.
• Process applications for short Internship Programmes i.e., Non-graduating students, including India Connect Research Programme.
• Assign duties to Teaching Assistants.
• Maintain records for the Graduate Assistant Scheme hours.
• Keep postgraduate student records up-to-date.
• Manage school websites with graduate-related information.
• Oversee Graduate Student Club matters.
• Handle requests related to change of supervisor, candidates’ downgrade/extension/termination matters.
• Support the coordination of postgraduate events, including Young SBS Scientist, Seminar Series, and 3-minute thesis.

Job Description

The Facade Design Manager oversees all fundamental parts of the design process. The Facade Design Manager ensures drawings and proposals comply with the client's requirements, as well as with statutory and other requirements.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Fuction as in house technical resource for project issues regarding architectural and engineering design
2. Ensure that design drawings meet client requirements (shop drawings, cutting lists, production drawings, job order etc)
3. Liaise and coordinate with members from Projects, Contracts, and Production to ensure that projects proceed according to schedule and within budget
4. Liaise and coordinate with external agencies - architescts, QPs, PE, contractors, sub contractors, suppliers etc from inception to completion of project
5. Manage design activities to ensure the drawings are completed and approved in time for fabrication
6. Prepare materials takeoff and optimization
7. Work with Procurement Department for materials procurement
8. Check and ensure the quality of all drawings and designs
9. Participate in the development of proposals, pricing and presentations for design work
10. Manage and implement design schedule and forecasts
11. Assign design resources based on project type, complexity and timelines
12. Ensure proper record keeping and version control for all drawings, cutting lists etc in accordance with ISO procedures.
13. Manage, supervise and train members of the department
14. Source for and manage external drafters as necessary.
