1. Consolidates signed group arrangements from the Sales Managers and act as liaison between hotel and customer/meeting planner to ensure a successful event. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team!

As a Marketing Manager, we rely on you to:

• Develop and execute the marketing plan to activate restaurants and bars, coordinating and executing local store marketing tactics in partnership with each restaurant and bar
• Local store marketing plans will include community outreach, pursuing strategic local partnerships, executing local events, developing in-store collaterals and other marketing assets such as photography, to achieve sales and traffic targets for each restaurant
• Take the lead on creating successful launch plans for new restaurant openings if any
• Create and spot opportunities for key calendar/topical moments working with credible, brand-relevant partners that drive brand positioning and commercial objectives
• Working closely with the restaurants and bars to produce a dynamic, yet well-balanced calendar of quality, culturally relevant and ensure our events are inspiring and well attended
• Collaborate on a content strategy to amplify beyond the event attendees, to raise the profile the restaurants & bars
• Measure the effectiveness of individual local store marketing tactics and community partnerships to accurately determine top line sales impact and ROI
• Identifies and establishes distribution and marketing channels as well as database acquisition and maintenance that support or strengthen the restaurant/bar’s goals including top line sales, or access to new, high value loyalty members and customers
• Actively supports hotel related programs including training and CSR

Your Role

The key objective of this role is to strengthen PALO IT’s positioning in the industry in Singapore as a Tech for Good company and supporting the business in achieving their strategic goals. This role will be part of an overall strategy to accelerate the growth of driving our business towards the tech for good space. The role would ideally suit a passionate, cross functional marketing professional, with a strong expertise in B2B growth marketing, who enjoys autonomy and working in a dynamic team. This role works closely with the Global Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in Singapore.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with global chief marketing officer & leadership team to define lead generation omnichannel campaigns
• Develop & execute a local marketing plan to drive Tech for Good motto & service offerings
• Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, leveraging on data to drive insights
• Work with sales to boost pre-sales activities and convert new clients to PALO IT
• Generate direct and indirect revenue from online content, events and marketing related activities.
• Implement a strong growth marketing strategy (CRM and new customers)
• Actively participate in tech, impact and industry related events with thought leadership speaking opportunities
• Develop a partnership & influence strategy for network and key stakeholders
• Build a strong PR strategy to build awareness and credibility on the markets
• Boost efficiency of the owned media touch points (website and LinkedIn)
• Build compelling content factory and leverage marketing channels to spread the messages
• Understand the competitive landscape, customers, and influencers

WHO YOU ARE

• Marketing profile with at least 7 years of experience
• Thinker and Doer mindset
• Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology marketing or consulting
• Solid background in the tech industry and relevant experience in sustainability will be preferred
• Good understanding of business priorities and strategies and capacity to influence decisions
• Good understanding in offline and online marketing strategies
• Good capacity to connect sales & marketing and develop lead generation strategies
• Strong expertise on growth marketing Inbound, outbound, ABM), knowledge on HubSpot will be a strong plus
• Collaborative skills and ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the demands of a diverse culture
• Self-motivation and confidence with a high degree of initiative is required
• High level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail is critical

The main responsibilities and tasks of an Assistant Security Manager are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Perform checks on operational needs and administer new procedures for strict compliance.
• Plan roster for security personnel in a cost-effective manner.
• Assist in handling of unusual situations such as thefts, suicides, staff / guests incidents, fire or safety hazards.

Job Responsibilities

l Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services across the Payments, Real-time Data, Online API (PROS) Program

l Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing

l Works with the testing service providers and other Banking clientsstakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery

l Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits

l Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored in to the plan

l Engages with various Banking clients stakeholders (including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks’ objectives and demand

Job Requirements

l Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field

l Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing

l Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers

l Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps

l Proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services

l Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services

l Strong domain knowledge on Transaction Banking, Wholesales Banking and Payments Program. Experience in managing testing on these domain knowledges will be an advantage

l Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills

l Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers

l Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams
