We are looking for a self-starter, and highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth and bring in more property owners and seekers to the top of the funnel.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are the first point of contact with the clients (property owners and seekers), driving engaging conversations and laying the foundations for their journey with Propseller. You will be responsible for managing the pre-sales consultative selling process from initial contact, lead qualification and nurturing, to the introduction to one of Propseller’s in-house Real Estate Consultants (i.e. property agents). LTA is looking for Technical Project Manager to lead in the planning, designing, integration, implementation and maintenance of IT systems.

You will be involved in:
• Undertaking project conceptualisation, solutioning and system architecting
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strategise procurement approach and seek project funding
• Developing applications leveraging cloud technologies by adopting Agile DevSecOps
• Managing project procurement which includes tender specifications preparation & evaluation, implementation and quality assurance
• Managing vendors and IT maintenance contracts and ensure that the vendors meet contractual obligations, leading to successful project delivery
• Managing IT system Operations and Maintenance works including audits, risk assessments

[What we are looking for]

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or any relevant qualification with at least 8 years’ IT experience in project management of enterprise-wide projects
• Able to lead a team and bridge communication in a multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor environment
• Experience in operations and maintenance of large and complex systems, application and infrastructure management, service level management and application security
• Experience in software development lifecycle, IT project management and service management
• Able to initiate program and manage complex system integration
• Possess sound business judgment and broad technical breadth and depth including working knowledge of the cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), web frontend / backend development frameworks like React/NodeJS, SpringBoot, Java/Python, native cloud services, IT security and end-to-end application infrastructure

• Knowledge of container management platforms such as EKS, ROSA is an advantage
• Knowledge of DevSecOps Platforms and tools such as GitLab is an advantage
