You'll play a key role in managing the WellSpent Upcycling businessby meeting sales goals and execute marketing strategies. This person will be in charge of establishing and sustaining business partnerships and outcomes as well as building the company's business development roadmap.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating, carrying out, and managing high-value collaborations with partners. They will also have a strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business and product potentialand with a keen interestin Food and Sustainability.
Leadership
-Acquire new business by continually sourcing and selling new opportunities.
-Represent WellSpent Upcycling at official occasions, networking sessions and negotiations.
Management
-Develop and deliver a business plan along with long-term and short-termobjectives.
-Prepare presentation and sales pitches.
-Prepare and plan forecast to achieve sales target.
-Analyse data on past performance and project future growth.
-Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the supply chain, including, licences and documentation
specific to the Singapore and regional market.
Transformation
-Conduct market surveys and analysis on current market trends both local & overseas.
-Collaborate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business processes are successfully and accurately completed.
-Utilise Hubspot to effectively plan, track and deliver sales targets.
-Build and maintain the business website, e-commerce and social media channels.
-Research and apply for grant opportunities to support the business.
Customer Experience / User Experience
-Conduct market research and collection of data relevant for the business.
-Manage and network with key potential clients and existing clients.
-Support the planning and execution of WellSpent Sunday Luxe events.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degreequalification or higher
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
At least 3 to 4years FMCG/Retail (F&B Industry) B2B sales & marketing experience.
