Overview:

• Manages and deploys Engineers / Technicians to ensure all Operational, Technical, Administrative compliance functions are being properly executed in accordance to best regulatory-based practices.
• Formulates strategies to ensure the Technical competitiveness of the organisation's products / services (Turbochargers) in the market
• Ensure service effectiveness & efficiency and appropriate controls are in place at all times
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting technical issues in products or equipment.
• Responsible for the identification and execution of process optimization
• Validate Technical Data prior to circulating findings and recommendations to clients.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of turbocharger failure, identify and determine the root cause.
• Recommend / Liaise with Principals / Implement retrofitting turbochargers on internal combustion engines
• Analyze various retrofit options and their impact on engine performance and emission.
• Proficient in dynamic, thermal, and static balancing of rotors to meet Turbocharger Makers standards.
• Overseeing the Technical operations of group company remotely.
• Formalizing & implementing in house Training for commercial & Technical Teams
