Accounting and financial reporting

• Manage full set of accounts of Singapore entity in compliance with best accounting practices and accounting standards.
• Hands on month end, quarter end and year end close.

• Manage project cost analytics and reporting.

Audit, tax and banking matters

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports, annual income tax filing, withholding tax, etc.
• Liaise with company secretary for corporate finance matters.
• Liaise with bankers for letter of credit, banker’s guarantee, performance bond, respond to bank inquiries.

Sales operations

• Prepare Accounts Receivables Aging report and monitoring.
• Perform invoicing and collection matching to accounts receivables.
• Prepare sales orders, revenue, margin and backlog tracking reports.
• Undertake special assignments and project requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA equivalent.
• Preferably with working experience in handling full set account and in-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and Income Tax Acts (ITA).
• Experience in GST and withholding tax is an added advantage.

The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. Managing Existing Programs

- Track program enrolment and assist with any queries related to the enrolment process.

- Assist with the booking of venues and facilities for the programs.

- Coordinate with various vendors for materials and supplies related to the program and ensure timely deliveries

- Oversee the program execution, including manage the temp staff hired during program execution.

- Analyse and present feedback data from the programs conducted.

Business Development for New Programs

- Work with the program design team to understand the details of program content and delivery methods.

- Develop information materials related to the programs.

- Conduct outreach activities for existing and new groups of clients (mainly education institutions).

The incumbent will be leading a team and be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Lead the Customer service team for Sea freight
• Liaise with customers on the standard operating procedures
• To meet up with clients on projects / special matters
• Prepare customer key performance index reports
• Promptly handle customers / team escalations

The successful candidate

• Diploma / Degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight experiences

• Lead, manage, and report daily production and quality requirements. Assist operators and employees in troubleshooting as necessary. Coach and mentor team members on properly operating equipment, tooling, and quality requirements. The current technology stack is Linux based, utilizing Vertica, Python, Perl, Tableau, and a Service Oriented Architecture for data distribution. The creation of the roadmap for the future technology stack is in progress and it will certainly leverage AWS for all or portions of the platform.
