About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, bank reconciliations, and tax filings.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports, including monthly closing procedures, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Conduct financial analysis of revenue performance, operating variances, and other key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting efficiency.
• Support external audits and ensure all reporting meets compliance standards.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
• Proficiency in financial accounting software (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of Esker and Vendor Invoice Management.
