Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and support the conversion process of applications not limiting to ad hoc phone enquiries, email, walk-in and other enquiries received from individual markets (including from agents)
• Maintain the enrolment record sheet and provide management reports on the performance of individual markets and provide ad-hoc reports as required
• Plan, execute and participate in recruitment fairs/seminars and events as assigned
• Provide clerical and marketing support
