Duties and responsibilities ( In a CLINIC Set-Up)

• Responsible of daily clinic operations to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Oversee clinic staff, capacity planning, infrastructure management and patient-handling to ensure that the clinic(s) is/are run optimally and meet expected service standards.
• Prepare documents and reports for management reviews.
• Track and report key performance indicators of the clinic operations.
• Contact and liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure operational needs are adequately met.
• Partake in the development of marketing campaigns and ensure clinic operations deploy the campaigns according to plan with the purpose of creating awareness and generating leads for the clinic.
• Monitor sales in terms of work processes and team capability to reach sales volume and margin targets.
• Ensure operating costs are managed effectively with appropriate cost containment measures being executed in timely manner.
• Liaise and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. patients, suppliers as well as colleagues.
• Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge.
