E-Commerce’s Governance and Experience is a global team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators. We focus on areas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness, and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage the governance & experience tech team

- Design and architect solutions while providing technical support to engineers on the team

- Align with product and organizational objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver key results

- Define the long-term technical roadmap for the team

- Contribute to technical decisions on projects across the product lineup

- Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.

- Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.

- Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

- At least 2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in large-scale backend system development is necessary

- Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment is essential

- Capable of effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical collaborators across different functions and levels

- Strong experience with E-Commerce is required, and additional governance experience, including Anti-Fraud and Risk Management, would be a plus

- Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills are expected

• 5 days work week @ 10.00 - 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee event and exhibition production timelines, ensuring quality deliverables
• Manage logistics, negotiate costs, and ensure high-quality output from external vendors
• Handle pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event processes
• Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure smooth internal communication
• Oversee fabrication, setup, and dismantling phases of events and exhibitions
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup and event days
• Coordinate risk assessments, safety regulations, and documentation
• Other relevant duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Min 3 year of experience in production and operations management for big scales events
• Possess construction, electrical and other technical knowledge
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical production plans
