Work location: Bugis

Vacancy: 1

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 10.00am – 7.00pm

Saturday or Sunday: 9.30am – 1.30pm

Weekly working hours: 44 hours

Weekly off: 1.5 days

Job Scope

· Assist the sales director in relationship management with the clients

· Assist in school application process

· Assist in pass application and appeal

· Process assigned administration work

· Admin and secretary work

· Internal and external communication (chats and emails)

· Booking for events and making itinerary

· Be responsive during non-working hours

Job Requirement

· Poly diploma or equivalent or higher education qualification

· Good in both English and Chinese speaking and writing

· Computer savvy

· Eager to learn and able to take feedback positively

Preferred Candidate’s Background

· Has any of the following certificates:

Ø Accounting

Ø Business administration

Ø Digital marketing

Ø Media

Ø Design

· Possess any of the following field experience:

Ø Sales and marketing

Ø Digital marketing or social platform marketing

Ø Video or poster editing

Ø Accounting

Ø Personal assistant or administration

· Eager to work and to excel

· Understands China clients’ demand

· Have good interpersonal skill and is able to work under pressure

· Team worker

The Job

- Identify & develop guided new business opportunities in payroll and HR services by telemarketing, social media marketing and other appropriate means

- Follow up with the client to understand the business requirements regarding hiring needs

- Negotiate with the client regarding service terms and conditions

- Understand the experience of the clients and manage their expectations

- Build & maintain excellent clients' relationships

- Ensure that the company's objectives and sales target set are achieved

Requirements:

- At least Diploma in Business or in any other field

- Target oriented & sales driven attitude

- Comfortable with commission-based income

- Positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, self motivated & enjoy challenges

- Keen interest in sales and customer service with a never-say-die attitude

- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Team player and able to work well with all level
