Qualifications and Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven experience in events or hospitality sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and good networking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitors.
• Proficient in using salesforce
• Preferred for incumbent to have good working knowledge in the leisure and the entertainment industry

Responsibilities:

· Proactively canvassing potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline and clinch sale through various platforms and channels

· Network and conduct viewing for prospects and solicit sales

· Administer all sales and legal documentation pertaining to the sales and in compliance with statutory and company regulations

· Follow up and track on sales leads and prospects

· Prepare and submit sales analysis reports to Management

· Administer, upkeep showflat operations and manage logistics and inventory

· Establish positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with customers and property agents

· Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/ Marketing or any related field of study

· 3 to 5 years of relevant direct sales experience with property developers

· Experience dealing with high-end luxury properties are advantageous

· Candidates with a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certification would have added advantage

· Confident in delivery of sales presentation in both English and Chinese required

· Possess an outgoing and self-motivated personality with customer service-oriented, sales-driven mindset

· Independent, meticulous and have sound understanding of the property buying and selling property process

· Good knowledge of statutory and/ or real estate regulatory compliance

· Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Able to work on weekends and/or public holidays

Your duties include but not limited to :

• Understand product usage and confer with customers to determine system requirements
• Establishes new accounts & services existing accounts by calling & travelling to visit potential clients
• Preparations of proposals, deliver sales presentations, and negotiating terms of sale.
• Interpret tender documents & drawings.
• Attend site meeting, factory acceptance test and site inspection whenever required by customers.
• Liaise/ work closely with project team, manufacturer, customer, supplier or other product vendor.
• Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
• Partner with sales team to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals to ensure sales targets are met
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Follow-up on overdue accounts if any
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
