The Department:

The role of Client Service Delivery Representative is situated in the contract management team. This team is continuously adding value by delivering impeccable support on all contract related requests, both from internal and external customers.

Contract management is the central pawn in our order-delivery chain, with tasks ranging from creating contracts, enabling a good handover from sales to ensure on-time delivery for Leaseweb products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Collates and verifies all relevant order information to ensure an order can be accurately processed and delivered on-time while ensuring effective and timely communication is maintained with the customer.
• Ensure that internal processes and inter-departmental processes are followed.
• Sets delivery priorities and makes schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
