As a Sales Executive we rely on you to:

• Drive group lead conversion to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Qualify prospective clients considering the goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
• Sell all facets of hotels in Singapore. In assigned territory, responsible for rooms, catering, food & beverage and other revenues as set out in the hotels’ budgets.
• Proactively seeks in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand total revenue impact on the hotels for better negotiation opportunities.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing accounts and solicits new business.
• Conduct all sales activities including sales blitzes, telesales, sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, business trips (domestic and international), attendance at trade shows, and other assigned sales related activities.

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, your responsibilities include understanding client needs, designing robust scalable solutions, and delivering compelling proposals. Requirements:

• 4+ years of solution engineering or pre-sales experience in SaaS/enterprise software sales.
• Proficiency in server-side technologies, data management as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/enterprise software technical aspects, including integration, security and scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Position Statement

The Director of Sales develop sales strategies and ensure timely activation to support achievement of sales targets in managed segments of corporate and government accounts including groups to contribute to the overall commercial success of the hotel. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and Revenue Management Consolidated Centre team to ensure accurate selling and pricing strategies, maximise yield and ensure compliance to company's brand and commercial services requirements.
