As Sales Manager, Unstructured Data Solutions, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services. From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking unstructured data solutions product portfolio and the desks of satisfied customers.

You will:

• Represent a balanced sales effort of product and services knowledge and selling skills
• Grow the territory/account base to attain financial objectives
• Understand customers’ business and solutions requirements Territory/account management, including account planning and sales forecasting
• Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account

Job Scope:

• Sell medical products, systems or services to achieve sales targets for assigned territories and overall business objectives.
• Call and meet with existing and prospective customers including general practitioners (GPs), hospital doctors, nurses, and hospital teams to make presentations in order to persuade to use Company's medical devices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits.

• Identify business opportunities, formulates account strategies & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans.
• Work with management to consistently build trust, credibility and consistently strong customer demand and preference for products and services including building Key Opinion Leaders in respective accounts.
• Drives advocacy for products by ensuring up-to-date knowledge of both product and clinical evidence to hospital customers, and by providing the necessary clinical support in the respective accounts.
• Coordinate payment collection following company’s SOP.
• Provide regular market/competitor updates.

Requirements:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Engineer / Sales Account Manager is tasked to direct and manage sales activities in Singapore, Indonesia, Southern Malaysia.
