Job Scope

• Manage the full 360 Recruitment cycle
• Source and advertise job applicants eg. Job advertisement, social media platforms, applicants referral
• Pitch suitable positions which matches candidates’ expectation and qualifications
• Screen, shortlist and interview job candidates for the position(s)
• Effectively follow-up on job candidates & internal stakeholders, leading up to contract offer
• Actively participate in salary negotiations and contract signing
• Assist with HR services
• Establish partnerships and work with hiring managers from SMEs/MNCs to provide the best staffing service & follow-ups
• Provide consultative advice to both clients/candidates on existing MOM guidelines & best hiring practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the building materials and/or surfacing products.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Working hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
