Responsibilities

• Support and deliver Evonik’s regional external and internal communication strategy
• Research regional media to identify opportunities, liaise with business to ascertain needs, manage communication lines and alignment of internal and external stakeholders
• Work with key internal key stakeholders, including executives and business leaders to develop content for SEAANZ, inclusive but not limited to executive internal messages, media interviews and thought leadership content on social media platforms
• Plan and coordinate all public relations activities incl. press activities, press conferences, regional internet, brochures, handouts, leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, and videos
• Liaise with journalists, media representatives, PR agencies and facilitate media queries to ensure messages are delivered accurately
• Collaborate with external PR agencies in the region to develop ad-hoc projects or campaigns that influence brand reputation, address industry issues and meet strategic priorities
• Plan and manage communication activities for internal stakeholders, incl. intranet articles, regional intranet, regional newsletter and other internal publications
• Collaborate with global and regional communications teams to ensure coordinated, consistent, and effective content and messaging
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree and above in communication, marketing, or public relations
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in B2B environment, preferably in chemical industry
• Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to draft content for different audiences
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with a creative flair and a good attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Content Management Tools and Web-editing software

Salary: Basic $2,700 - $4,000 + VB

Responsibilities:

The Pre-sales Proposal leader -APAC: Global Centre of Excellence (GCoE), APAC will assist in driving the overall adoption of engineering standards and growth of our Centers of Excellence across our APAC organization. They will do this by creating partnerships, interfacing with our innovation and product development teams to help streamline processes and establish standard and simple flows between our sales teams and the CoE Network.

How you will do it:

Driving Adoption and Growth

• Establish ties to all APAC sub-regions across JCI’s product and offering, to support solutions and pre sales engineering to the respective sales teams and win with our customers.
• Help communicate awareness of the CoE deliverables & capabilities and better enable the enterprise sales support by expanding global CoE network.
• Standardize process improvement activities to help identify quick wins that support building long term strategies that drive sales growth.

Manage seamsless connection pf CoE Global Network Connection to Global Lifecycle Solutions

• To be the bridge between between the CoE Sales Support Network and the Buildings, Technologies and Life cycle solutions usiness by providing timely feedback on commercialization of products and services.
• Help prove proof of concept for the sales support of new products and services.
• Prepare the CoE’s pre/post-sales engineering teams to support all new product and innovation.

Standardize and Deliver

· Review Special Price Request based on Molex Value Price & Pocket Margin guidelines to ensure consistent pricing across APS region and to minimize price erosion

· Expedite Special Price Request approval status with the manufacturing entity and assist Global Product Manager on the deal approval if needed

· Analysis of business metrics such as low margin business, Molex Value Price levels and quote turnaround

· Administer Global Account Manager, Multi-National Account contract price implementation date to minimize credit note issuance

· Validate Special Price Request promised volumes vs actual sales

· Responsible for intensive testing for system enhancement/upgrade
