QuantiServ offers specialised, fast and reliable support, maintenance and repair services for customers operating equipment by multiple brands, both in the marine and energy sectors. · Execution of in-situ machining assignments on board ships and in power plants and industrial plants world-wide.

The Preanalytical Lab Specialist will be responsible for conducting the logistics processes of an NGS laboratory, encompassing specimen collection through to result delivery. This role involves managing logistics efficiency, inventory management, ensuring compliance with quality standards to facilitate seamless operations.

This is a junior position intended for fresh graduates.

Working hours are Tues – Friday, 1 pm – 10 pm, and Sat 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.

This position is open only to Singapore Citizens or Singapore PRs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pre-Testing Processes:

• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient biological specimen collection, handling, transportation, and receiving.
• Collaborate with the collection sites to ensure the integrity, proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of incoming samples.
• Monitor quality control measures during the pre-analytical phase to ensure accurate and reliable test results

2. Post-Testing Processes:

• Oversee the logistics in delivery of results, ensuring secure and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
