• Prepares regular sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree/Diploma in Engineering or other related fields.

• Sound technical knowledge and experience in baggage handling systems (BHS) industry or cargo handling systems (CHS).

• Min 5 years’ experience in sales engineer field and versed with tendering and bidding process;

• Proficient in AutoCad, Navis Work, Revit, Visio, Microsoft Office.

• Able to work on various projects in various sales phases simultaneously.

• Strong in listening and analysing customer requirements.

• Possess good presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.

• Must have good problem-solving ability / attitude and time management skill.

• Must be comfortable with high frequency of business travels.

• Very good command of English language (written and spoken).

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORISATION

• Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
• Assist on company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
• Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
• perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.).
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
• Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
• Prepare bi-weekly updates for upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with HR Operations Team to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• B.B.A. (Hons) in Human Resource Management or similar relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Understand of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills and A positive, “can do” attitude.
• Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period.

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
• Location: Toh Guan (West)

Job Scope:

• Initiate outbound calls and send emails to account holders to remind them of outstanding payments and secure payment commitment dates
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing billing-related queries and issues
• Monitor payment dates and follow up with account holders to ensure timely payments
• Issue waivers or credit notes for customer disputes as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and track all billing cases
• Assist in preparing reports and loading accounts
• Send statements of account, reminder letters, and tax invoices to account holders
• Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
