Job Scope

Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewelley the company has to offer

Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers

Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction

Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed

Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom

Develop and maintain good customer relationship and database

Responsibilities:

• Exploit opportunities to acquire new account and grow the sales revenue
• Perform pre-ITQ and RFQ groundwork duties includes tender/bidding and negotiation to close the deal
• Identify potential customers to implement Go-To-Market strategies
• Establish good networking ground to drive IT solutions-based sales including system integration, migration, etc.
• Coordinate with external partners/internal cross functional team to provide pricing and technical support on cloud-based solutions to customers.
• Grow the sales portfolio with the IT hardware products, maintenance and computer re-location services including manpower outsourcing
• Actively develop sales pipelines to meet the corporate sales target
• Continuously IT solutioning revenue generation by partnering with Technical/Pre-Sales Consultant for up-selling

Requirement:

• At least Diploma or higher in any discipline
• at least 2 years experience in IT sales environment
• Must have the ability to prospect and manage entire sales cycle
• Hunter personality and fantastic communication skills
