PURPOSE OF THE JOB

What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of customer queries received via phone, email, live chat, and in-person through to resolution in line with policies/procedures, KPI, and Customer First training best practices. Striving to increase customer satisfaction/first-time resolution and reduce the need for customers to contact. 
• Respond to customer queries via the daily retention queue in a timely and professional manner, providing price quotes, lapsed lists, and denial data to prevent lost revenue.
• Provide support with the monitoring of retention campaign performance and perform data cleansing after each campaign, reporting regularly and identifying opportunities to improve campaigns.
• Using SAP/Salesforce to manage and take responsibility for the processing of orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and claims in a timely and accurate manner, responding appropriately and swiftly to queries, problems, and special requests from customers, accelerating these to team leaders and managers where appropriate.
• Resolve product or service problems/queries by clarifying customer issues, determining the root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, expediting corrections/adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
• On the back of customer contacts review the customer self-help portals and suggest new content or amendments to the relevant team.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or suggest amendments to relevant teams.
• Play an active role in the achievement of department goals by assisting with all types of work across the department as needed. Work effectively with the team to achieve individual, team, and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
• Provide support to team members, assisting with training if appropriate.

Working together with a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering SD-WAN sales in the region You are the primary point-of-contact for SD-WAN business in the region and are accountable for delivering at above quota sales performance in your region. You will be tasked with bringing the benefits of SD-WAN/SASE solutions to customers. As a key member of the SD-WAN Sales team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the region. You will partner closely with Pre-sales Engineers to drive growth for our SD-WAN solution. You will take ownership of growing the SD-WAN business within your respective market by staying at the forefront of industry trends and customer needs.

• Developing local sales and rental marketing strategy with Sales Manager and Marketing team.
• Constantly look for new business opportunities with the assigned product portfolio - Manitou & Bluelift Product ranges.
• Optimize the rental activity:
• Primarily focuses on Warehousing Product Key account generation. (Industrial forklifts and indoor MEWP ranges)
• Follow up rental KPI and identify areas of improvement in the processes
• Define the benchmark and implement actions to increase profitability in the rental business
• Ensure a high customer satisfaction in the Singapore territory through continuous improvement and constant customer engagement

• People Management :

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1-3 years of job experience as a sales executive preferably in the Forklift Sales/Rental equipment industry with proven track records.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking business associates.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and results driven.
• Proven track record in a sales position.

• Resolving client’s queries regarding se of our coffee machines, recommending and demonstrating use of the right coffee beans for each client’s need.
• Travelling to provide don-site training for luxury hotels and restaurants and ensure the client can make best use of the coffee equipment and products.
