Job Highlights:

• Enrol new students through walk– ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as roadshow

• Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children

• Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target

• Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/children’s programme change, fee collection.

• Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centre

• Take ownership of assigned tasks within the team and programmes.

Requirements:

• 5 days’ work week (Including weekend)

• Experience with CRM, in sales and customer service

• Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales Driven and self-motivated, a team player

• Organised and independent

• Immediate starter is preffered.

Product knowledge and customer system management training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

· Perform sales calls and attend to customers’ requests in line with policies and procedures

· Using simple, clear and concise languages to communicate effectively with customers

· Actively listen and probe appropriate questions to accurately recommend products and solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements

· Proactively engage customers through our sales cycle and ensure prompt follow-up on every lead to increase our Contact Centre Outbound sales conversion, reducing leads wastage

· Effectively handle complaints at the first point of contact, aiming to resolve situations to customers’ satisfaction

· Being customer centric – Gather customers’ feedback, ideas and suggestions to bring the team/organisation be closer to our customers

· Actively participate in process improvement sessions, providing constructive feedback and suggestions

· Ensure that all feedback relating to products and services is escalated to relevant parties and documented within systems

· Work towards the team’s objectives and demonstrate commitment to achieve business targets and personal goals.

· Participate in team meetings and ongoing specialized training to ensure the accuracy of information communicated to clients

· Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

• Process internship payment and ensure timely and accurate submission of approvals.
• Process recruitment agency invoices and prepare timely payment.
• Work with BU to ensure governance of timesheets and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Arrange for payment of the invoices timely.
• Prepare HC report monthly for reporting to People Services.
• Work with O&T Financial Control team on accruals etc as required.
• Tracking of actuals vs OP budget and highlight variances / other red flags if observed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
