JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain existing customers relationship and develop new customers.

- Prepare sales quotations, proposals for projects.

- Generate new leads and build up customer database and foster a strong partnership with clients.

REQUIREMENT

- Diploma in sales and marketing field or equivalent.

- Competent working knowledge in Microsoft office and ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics on AV systems including ELV line diagrams.

- Strong sense of teamwork and service orientation

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

- Self-driven individual and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with stakeholders in China)

- Experience in AV industry, especially LED videowall technology will be highly advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, including accommodations, flights and tours.

Job Scope:

• Oversee First Article Submissions and develop quality plans. Conduct audits (QMS, Process, HSE) and assess supplier capability.
• Monitor supplier quality, perform audits, and drive closure of findings to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance supplier capabilities and reduce lead times.
• Propose improvements for financial and operational efficiencies in supplier processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve process issues and promote quality standards.
• Develop and manage Quality Control Plans (QCP) with customers, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Manage customer and third-party inspections for product quality compliance.

• In-charge of IoTs and AI setup and installation for our clients
• Work with the data science and machine learning team to prepare data and train AI/ML model
