Job Description & Requirements

• Manage new and existing customer accounts on recontract issue
• Manage new and existing rental program to all customers
• Update customers on our new service and products as well as comprehensive service support information
• Manage client's recontract, rental and sales transaction to avoid all delayed renewal issues
• Follow up (email/calls) to customers on all programs
• Support in managing contracts, range of pricing & margin to ensure smooth operation
• Assist and maintain good customer relationships and achieve customer retention.
• Prepare quotation/proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner in a tight line frame
• Ensure the highest standard of service quality are maintained at all times
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, prospects and forecasts
• Data Entry report onto database software to improve on work efficiency
• Perform any other duties from time to time as assigned by superior or management

Requirements :

• Min 'O'/'A'/Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in sales or customer service
• Good communication, analytical, organizing & good customer service, relationship management skills
• Bilingual in languages and computer literate
• Knowledge of service management software and good in email writing
• Must be an independent, committed, hardworking and proactive team player
• Able to commerce work immediately or at short notice will be highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Retain & grow existing account portfolio.
• Promoting the company’s product related to passenger sales to potential clients, companies and trade.
• To plan and coordinate the overall sales activities, and collect intelligence from the market and trade.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, pricing policies, marketing programmes and sales forecasting.
• Manage ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
• Work with local third party partners, including local media, maintain professional working relationships with local official bodies.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact management system relevant to the target audiences of the airline.
• Work closely across all departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required.
• Support the developement of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Leve.l
• Minimum 1 year experience in travel industry preferred, e.g. airline & travel agency.
• Good knowledge of air ticketing will be an added advantage.
• E-commerce marketing & data anaylsis.
• Experience developing marketing engagement, creative marketing plans, including promotion & advertising, communications, and event management.
• Candidate must be proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Salary negotiable.

Job Requirements

• 3 years similar working experience, preferably with a Maid Agency
• Strong desire to excel in serving others
• Energetic and proactive and has excellent communication skills
• Work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Comfortable liaise with Indonesian, Filipino & Myanmese
