and experienced Sales Manager/Hostess to join our passionate team and contribute to the

success of our signature workshop experiences.

Responsibilities:

▪ Demonstrate excellent sales ability to promote our products and elevate the overall event and workshop experience.

▪ Act as a strong hostess, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for tourists and visitors.

▪ Proactively canvas new business opportunities to drive growth.

▪ Generate direct sales from cold calling, follow ups and face-to-face meetings.

▪ Collaborate with clients to create customized event and workshop solutions that align with their goals.

▪ Support our marketing campaigns to promote the event venue and attract potential clients.

▪ Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of events.

▪ Ensure that client requirements and expectations are met throughout the event planning process.

Requirements:

▪ Proven experience in sales management and hosting roles

▪ Comfortable presenting to groups and sharing knowledge about our products and brand

▪ Maintain a well-presented and well-spoken demeanor to represent the brand professionally

▪ Experience canvassing new business opportunities

▪ Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

▪ Solution-driven with the ability to work independently.

▪ Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

▪ Ability to work proactively and be a self-starter in a dynamic environment.

▪ Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base

▪ Passion or knowledge of the beauty, perfume, and cosmetics industry is a plus

Remuneration:

▪ A competitive salary plus commission and bonus

Position title : Sales Engineer

Location: Kaki Bukit Industrial Terrace

Working Days: 5 day work week, Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm, 5 day work week.

Salary : S$3200-S$3500 per month (No commission for this role)

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer calls and inquiries.
• Prepare quotation for various product parts.
• Prepare internal and external sales reports and related documents.
• To manage parts inventory. To ensure sufficient stocks on hand, incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in sales support.
• Keep track of various files, document and deliverables related to the product.
• Visit customers to ensure and understand customer concerns and requirements.
• Make sure deliverables are planned and scheduled in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel (once per quarter)
• Preferably have exposure to semiconductor tools and equipment.

Job Description:

• Administers and processes payroll according to internal procedures.
• Ensures payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely; ensures proper calculation of taxes and deductions.
• Provides customer support to the sites including any off-cycle or replacement payments needed.
• Reviews the information prepared for general ledger entries and other accounting and financial reporting activities associated with payroll.
• Participates in the review and preparation of data necessary for the filing of payroll related tax returns and miscellaneous withholding forms.
• Completes year end process including year end adjustments, year end tax statements and review of year end tax filing information.
• Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll related inquiries.
• Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives; supports the development and maintenance of payroll process documentation.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls on payroll systems and compliance with tax and other payroll related legislation.
