Responsibilities

Product Knowledge

• He/ She is responsible to receive/ gather in time all information regarding product specifications or modifications of existing products, upgrading, or extending existing/new products. • He/ She keeps up his/her technical knowledge by making suggestions to the management on which continuing education programs may be useful for him/her.

The Warehouse staff in a GDP and GMP secondary assembly area shall work closely with the warehouse team to maintain proper storage conditions, handle products safely, and adhere to GDP and GMP requirements to ensure product quality and integrity. The key responsibilities shall include below:

• Receipt of Products: Receive incoming products and verify the accuracy of shipments against customer pre-alert and provided details. Inspect incoming products for damage, contamination, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure that all received products are properly labelled, tagged, and stored in designated areas.

• Storage and Handling: Store products in accordance with labelling specifications, ensuring proper temperature control and segregation of materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of products.

• Pick and pack for Outbound processing including Pick and pack products in accordance to customer instructions.

• Secondary Assembly: Perform secondary assembly operations on pharmaceutical products based on customer requirement.

What we look for in you!
