EDUCATION:

Job Description

• Develop and build relationships with designers, architecture, developers and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; understanding account requirements and making initial presentations
• Arrange for presentations or business appointments with potential clients about new developments in the company’s products
• Acquire and develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Drive the entire sales process: prioritize and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, and close the sale through contract completion
• Respond quickly and effectively to all sales enquiries and follow up diligently with those enquiries
• Prepare quotation and follow-up with potential clients closely
• Provide excellent customer service and after sales service
• Participate in networking or designer events / exhibitions when needed
• Maintain knowledge of economic activities within the FF&E and interior design industry to propose business strategies for company’s growth

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend to walk in customers in the retail boutique.

2. Monitor and replenish inventory based on sales forecasts stock movements.

3. Ensure accurate pricing display, visual merchandising presentation meets company’s standards and upkeep brand image.

4. Process quotations, sales orders, schedule goods deliveries to customers/ project sites.

5. Maintain customer databases and strengthen customer relationships CRM management.

6. Maintain good housekeeping of the retail boutique and goods store.

7. Answer in coming calls for sales enquiries.

8. Support retail marketing activities consumer promotions, boutique events etc

9. Assist at boutique events as needed.

• Handle customer inquiries to evaluate the specific application requirements.
• Develop customer proposals for equipment and application solutions. Scope of work will include matching of spare parts, outsourcing some accessories, costing and pricing.
• Engage with customers via phone calls and emails on a day-to-day basis to follow up on quotations and technical clarifications.
• Act as the single point of contact for technical and commercial clarification for customers, contractors, resellers and agents.
• Support the Customer Service Manager to track, analyse and generate reports.
• Execute contract review prior to order entry to ensure clean-order process.
• Evaluate and interpret customers’ specification against quotations.
• Clarify with customer where necessary to resolve unclear requirements.
• Assist the Order Administration team to create sales order, procurement, shipment and shipping information going back to the customer up to the point of delivery.
• This incumbent will be trained to conduct product and application training to end-user customers.
• The scope of territorial coverage includes Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.
