Responsibilities :

• Handle reception services such as greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and outgoing calls, and assisting in overseas calls
• Arranging incoming/outgoing mail
• To assist in handling corporate secretarial works (draft resolutions, execute filings with ACRA, update & maintain statutory and corporate records required by Company Act
• Manage general admin, such as billing and collection, attendance records and medical claims for staff, etc
• Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries
• To build, establish, maintain, and improve relationships with existing and potential clients

Requirements:

• Able to multi-task and prioritize work
• Mature, responsible, adaptable, and flexible with a good work attitude
• Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese & English in both written & spoken (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates)
• Relevant experience in the corporate secretarial field would be an added advantage

Duties

• Look for new sales and maintain existing accounts to ensure business growth
• Maintaining good relationships with clients
• Assist in formulating and implementing of sales and marketing strategies
• Support in public relations, develop media relations to increase publicity and brand awareness
• To prepare weekly and monthly client reports
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

2. Commission. Estimated about S$500 and above. Commission will be given based on personal sales
