Responsible for preparing and managing sales quotations, compiling sales reports, assisting in customer inquiries, and maintaining sales & customer databased. • Involved in providing functional support for the derivatives platform, ensuring smooth operation of real-time and intraday position management system during ASIA trading hours;
• Construct interest rate, FX and volatility curves and use them to value cash flows;
• Drive effective problem management, ensure preventive and detective measures of the applications are identified and resolved through the backlog and communication/ dialogue with the Product Owner;
• Find opportunities to automate the testing of existing features, performance, and security as well as the automation of deployments, monitoring, and more;
• Perform Functional testing and Change Management activities to ensure the safe deliveries to Production environment;
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to help user on system functionalities and reporting tools;
• Work Closely with colleagues from other areas of expertise and take initiative in expanding knowledge (both within and outside of your area of expertise) that is relevant for the area in which you work.
