JOB DESCRIPTIONS

· Develop annual sales plans and sales targets.

· Collaborate with customers to plan their material needs, specifically sourcing and requisitioning food packaging materials for manufacturing.

· Work closely with suppliers to ensure product specifications are met and delivery schedules are coordinated on behalf of customers.

· Address and follow up on customer feedback and claims.

· Liaise with the sales admin and logistics support teams to coordinate shipments and ensure delivery timelines are met.

· Prepare sales and marketing reports for management review.

· Ensure timely payments from customers.

· Conduct day trips to Johor Bahru to ensure printing accuracy and smooth production.

· Undertake overseas business trips to strengthen relationships and provide excellent customer service.

· Establish and maintain communication with the Japan headquarters regarding technical advice and support for quality control issues.

· Monitor and ensure suppliers consistently provide optimal service and quality.

· Introduce and present new products and packaging solutions to customers.

· Negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms.

Source for new products, solutions, and suppliers to support business expansion and improve cost-effectiveness

Qualification:

· Degree in business related studies

· At least 2 - 3 years related working experience in trading business.

· Knowledge of trading terms is preferred.

· Occasional travel to Johor Bahru (JB) for business meetings with suppliers

Report to : Head of Department

Nationality : Singaporean or Permanent Resident (No work pass holders)

Date requires : Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Owning vehicle : Not required, but a valid Class 3 driving license is necessary for driving to Johor Bahru (day trips, frequency based on business needs).

Job Responsibilities:

• Triage potential vulnerabilities identified by the application security program, contextualizing them with application and business knowledge.
• Review and analyze source code for business logic flaws and ensure security compliance prior to production release.
• Identify false positives, track and remediate vulnerabilities, and manage exception processes as required. Articulate cybersecurity standards applicable to technology and coding workflows to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to promote secure development practices and integrate security into the SDLC.
• Partner with DevSecOps engineers to enhance security measures using existing technologies and workflows.
• Review the performance of various controls, including but not limited to:

- Software Composition Analysis (SCA)

• Conduct cyber governance activities, including risk assessments, system security reviews, and creating security plans for industrial control systems.
• Identify gaps in implemented controls, track remediation efforts, and provide updates to the risk register.
• Perform penetration testing and red teaming exercises to identify vulnerabilities in applications and environments.
• Provide actionable recommendations for remediation and track remediation progress.
• Draft, review, distribute, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure consistent and regular attendance, as it is a critical aspect of the role.

Job Requirements:

• Expertise in secure coding practices and their application across the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning tools).
• In-depth knowledge of application security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline security and deployment environment security measures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities effectively.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, developing security policies, and providing governance oversight.

Job Scope:

To perform investigations, change plans or other functional support associated with cGMP manufacturing operations within the biologics production facility and work cross functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical writing and investigation of non-conformances in collaboration with Operations
• Identify and put in place appropriate corrective and preventative actions in conjunction with Operations team Change Management
• Structure common Operations Training modules and Train new hires on such modules
• Trends Key Performance Indicators and implement measures to streamline work processes and procedures GMP Document Authoring and Revision

About You:
