Job Description
General Duties:
· The admin support assistant is to provide administrative & logistics support at the General Office, Centre of Excellence (COE) of the Mother Tongue Department as well as Head of Department (HOD) Room.
· The candidate is also to take charge of sick bay and printing duties.
Others Duties:
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school.
Requirements
· 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English and other language.
· At least 3 years’ experience in school office administration.
· Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and translation tools.
· Good communication skills.
· Good team player.
· Able to multi-task.
Working hours
· Mondays to Fridays: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break.
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

· Contract Period: From 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
