Live Event Marketing Expertise: Play a key role in developing and executing our pet event marketing strategy. This includes tasks like managing booth presence at trade shows, coordinating event demonstrations, and leveraging event opportunities for lead generation.

Social Media Strategist: Conceptualize and execute dynamic social media campaigns that elevate brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and convert followers into loyal customers. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize social media performance.

Strategic Influencer & Brand Collaboration: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant influencers, brands, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the pet industry to amplify brand reach and establish brand authority. (We'll guide you through the process of collaboration!)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join and manage sales and administrative operations. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth processing of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide sales and administrative support to Sales department. Supporting daily sales operational activities, from sales administration, assist with the preparation and processing of sales orders, customer service, import and export, and support to sales and marketing team. Follow up on payments with clients to ensure timely transactions. Handle email and phone inquiries from clients, providing prompt and professional responses.
