Job Scope:

• Deliver exceptional and professional client service to customers at roadshow booths regarding unsecured loan facilities.
• Tailor approach based on individual customer needs and preferences.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with team members and provide valuable insights, feedback, and suggestions to improve sales processes, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
• Ensure prompt and accurate submission of customer applications, maximizing the bank's profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Actively contribute to business growth by proactively acquiring new customers.
