SUMMARY

The role holder will be primarily responsible for expanding the sales capabilities by significantly increasing the AUM across the asset management platform. The role will be primarily accountable for increasing overall sales in their broadest sense to generate new business and retain both clients and intermediaries and clients, rapidly generating income and improving the margins for the Asset Management business. The role is responsible increasing the top line and bottom-line performance of a highly successful investment portfolio whilst bring new client relationships.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Devise and implement strategies for growth of business by expanding

assets under management and acquiring international institutional

mandate.

- Generate/ source investments/ AUM from the market, assessing and

interpreting complicated financial information and making financial

recommendations and decisions.

- Develop and maintain ambitious sales plan for expanding the

services and solutions to multiple markets, in line with the Amicorp

Financial Markets ("AFIN") business strategy; with focus on the

strategies and tactics for acquisition of new business as well as

growth of existing business and support for the office network.

- Based on sales plan apply targeted sales approach, actively seek and

recognize sales opportunities – identify needs and create an interest

and deal with common objections.

- Achieve a two-year hard target of AUM of 1 billion, with the one-year

target being AUM 400 million; both annual targets to be achieved

with a positive margin/ and bottom line.

- Handle high profile investors/ clients/ business partners and setting

up a robust team and process for managing the investment.

- Develop sales strategy and execute ambitious plans which identify

sales opportunities as well as new products and services for

identified markets/ clients.

- Drive sales by exhibiting commercial leadership with respect to all

sales activities in order to achieve/ exceed individual sales targets

consistently, by developing new business opportunities and

proactively ensuring closure of prospects.

- Leverage and build relationships, thus developing new opportunities

and leads with existing and/or new clients through the network.

- Organize & represent the company at seminars and other industry-

related networking events;

- Lead, coordinate & conduct marketing activities and maintain an

active and current pipeline of the prospects at all times.

- Staying up to date with relevant investment and trading news, and

economic trends.

- Sign up banks in certain locations to use the Company's Platform as

their Private Banking Platform who do not have an offshore Private

Banking Platform of their own.

- Sign up Asset Managers in other locations to use the company's

Platform as their Offshore Asset Management Platform without

having to establish their own Offices/ Set Up.

OTHER DUTIES

- Undertake the role of director, trustee, nominee, manager, partner,

secretary, authorized signatory or any related position in internal

entities or client entities of Amicorp Group, where necessary and

required by the Management.

- Undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from

time to time be agreed with Management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 10-12 years of sales experience in Wealth Structuring/ Private

Banking/ Institutional Sales/ Fund/ Asset Management industry with

an existing demonstrable book of clients.

- Established network in the fund / asset management within the

Japanese market is essential.

- Proficiency in Japanese language is essential.

- The role requires the necessary experience and qualifications to be

approved as a Director by the Monetary Authority of Singapore

(MAS).

- Background in Investment Banking and/ or Asset Management is a

big advantage to the extent required to fulfill aspects of the role.

- Prior experience managing VCCs, with exposure to financial

products; Hands-on experience managing/ constructing an

investment portfolio.

- Should have experience and track record in rapidly growing business

and generating income, with proven experience in converting

institutional and UHNWI.

- Commercial drive and a proven ability to penetrate the required

market and ensure closure of sales.

- Takes initiative, positive and proactive, dedicated, focused and

8. Where required, participate in regional S&OP meetings. This will include providing reports on plans, inventory/capacity outlook, actions associated with product transitions and new product introductions. The aim is to use the meeting to communicate the demand plan and seek input and validation.

9. Collaborate with planners in one’s own region and other regions to ensure coordination of material requirements and shared global resources (such as plant capacity) and develop best practice procedures.

10. Be aware of, and support where necessary, other Supply operations within the region to ensure that Planning activities are aligned with Logistics and Procurement objectives.

11. Support Inventory and other ad-hoc reporting for both Demand and Supply Planning.

12. Support company quality and safety systems through day-to-day activities and via formal feedback mechanism.

You will be stationed at NTC Client’s premise and provide support for client’s IT administration and related support for users.

Professional with expanded foundational knowledge and experience works on assignments, requiring judgment and decision making based on clearly defined guidelines.

Employees at this level are expected to work with support or coordination from senior team members to contribute to the projects / assignments.

Involves the application of specialist knowledge which may include providing specialist advice to employees, management or customers, managing or maintaining systems or processes or completing projects to develop or changing systems or processes as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues (hardware/software/network) on their notebooks/desktops and related peripherals.
2. As a Regional IT to provides Remote, On-Site or Station Technical Support to Operations Staff & Customers.
3. To work closely with 3rd Party Organizations in the Diagnostics, Maintenance & Support of all Electronic Technologies that including Networks equipment & Software Applications Deployment.
4. To perform technical support, problem resolution & provides input to the isolation & resolution of component likes network appliance, different type of hardware & software problems.
5. Resolve issues that occur outside work hours whenever needed.
6. Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager or Management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• ITE/Diploma in Information Technology from recognized institutes.
• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role for about 2 years or more.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in troubleshooting and deploying Windows 10.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in troubleshooting desktop, printer, scanner, RF scanner, label printer, and laptop issues.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in troubleshooting user and support of MSOffice products.
• Basic support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless and VPN connectivity.
• Basic Support and Troubleshooting of other desktop software used by the office.
• Basic support on iPhone / iPad / Android phones.
• Knowledge of IT procurement, order and delivery process flow and protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, negotiation, unorganized situation.
• Ability to leverage on available tools such as subscription services, internet or other online services to support functions.
• Continuous self-learning and self-initiating.
• Provide support of general IT request like VC connectivity/ Mobile Email Activation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
• Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload without supervision.
• Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s.
