• Assist in handling post-sales activities, including addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, including preparing agendas and documentation.
• Monitor and report on sales team performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance analyses.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical or equivalent
• At least 2 – 3 years of relevant sales support experience in process control / instrumentation / Automation industries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with CRM
